This strategy is based on the fact that if candidates succeeded at certain tasks before, they will repeat their success in their new jobs.

    • Hey Dana, I’m not sure if you are saying something new in your comment. We assume questions asked will be related to competency when using behavioral based methods. We have found that not many organizations use all these methods including using peer based hiring and values based hiring which are important IF the company is using a values approach to it’s culture
